About Koichi Naruishi
Koichi Naruishi is passionate about setting people free from limiting patterns and beliefs. At an early age, he had health challenges. His mom, with the guidance of a chiropractor, created major shifts in lifestyle for the whole family to overcome young Koichi’s health problems. Years later with this new lifestyle served as a foundation for further growth into the realms of nutrition, alignment, mindset, spiritual and “energy work”.
During his journeys he found a martial art that incorporated the principles of Kongo Zen in which meditation and reflection was part of the training. One principle he has been exploring from that is the use of Love and Strength as one- “Riki Ai Funi”. Other non-martial training involved Landmark programs, various meditative practices (including Shaivism, teachings from Nityanda’s lineage, mindfulness), and most recently HeartCore Leadership Program.
Trained as a chiropractor and in Donny Epstein’s re-organizational living and epi-energetic models he has been incorporating the principles from his varied education and training for his clients since 2000. This includes breath and body movement techniques to anchor different states of mind and healing, called Somato Respiratory Integration, as well as Network Spinal (Certified Level 3 Practitioner).
He has also worked with clients using what is now coined “functional medicine” using different blood tests to work out individual nutrition and supplemental programs.
With a rounded background in healing, nutrition and consciousness, Koichi has transformed the lives of his clients and continues to grow, train and educate himself to continual serve at deeper levels.
