Born and raised in California, Heather Nichols is a creator of magnitude, never taking \u2018no\u2019 for an answer. She has a capacity to see what she can add, create, tweak, change, and expand to make her life\u2013 and the lives of those around her\u2013 greater than imaginable.
\nIn 1996, Heather started a journey of studying and facilitating Somatic Psychotherapy, Tantra, Feminine Leadership, Nia (a mind-body movement practice), Kundalini yoga, and a wide range of other body-centered healing modalities.
\nIn 1997, she started her businesses after receiving her Master\u2018s degree in Social Work.
\nHeather has owned a large movement studio and healing spa, run a private practice as a Psychotherapist, taught mind-body movement, and facilitated countless workshops and trainings in the field of transformation.<\/div>\n
In the past 4 years, Heather has primarily worked with the tools of Access Consciousness, a body of work that creates change as quickly and dynamically as she always knew was possible.
\nSix years ago, Heather took a huge leap. With two babies in tow, she chose to get divorced. Using her wealth of tools and wisdom, she \u0003created what is now a phenomenal life\u2013 a thriving, long-term, long-distance relationship; a flourishing business; travels around the globe; more ease in her body; and total joy as a single mom.
